What stays in your browser
Your path choices, gate progress, pause answers, Mistake Ledger lines, theme and language are saved in your own browser only. We never receive them. Clearing your browser's site data removes them.
Circles and incubators
An incubator sees counts only (attendance, commitments kept, gates passed), never what was said in a circle. Your weekly number is shared only if you agree. You see the report before it goes.
Where it is stored, and for how long
If our database (Supabase) is connected, form answers are stored there and visitors cannot read them; otherwise they reach us only as the email you send. Only the Startup Indus founder reads them.
How long (our proposed rule, to be confirmed by a lawyer): we delete an enquiry 12 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client or join a circle. Client and circle records are kept for as long as the law requires for invoices and accounts, and no longer than we need them.
Deletion
We intend to follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; a lawyer will confirm what it requires. To ask us to delete your answers, email hello@startupindus.com.
Cookies and tracking
No ad trackers and no tracking cookies. We never sell founder data.
