The circle pilot: one cohort, 10 weeks
- 6–8 founders per circle, the same group every week, 60 minutes.
- Each founder sets one written commitment a week; a stage gate is passed only with its proof file.
- A monthly report you can show your own funders: counts only (attendance, commitments kept, gates passed with proof).
- Run by us for the first circle, with one of your team trained to run the next.
A yearly licence comes later, and only if the pilot is worth renewing. We are not selling a dashboard; the report is a simple sheet.
